As Principal Advisor of Segura HR Solutions, Yde partners with businesses and nonprofits to transform HR into a strategic driver of organizational growth. With over a decade of experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and change management, she blends strategic insight with empathy to create inclusive, high-performing cultures. Yde is deeply committed to the Lehigh Valley—her home community—and to building people-first organizations that succeed with purpose. When she’s not building people strategies, she enjoys walking in nature, working out, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
