With over a decade of experience spanning talent strategy, organizational development, and change management, she blends strategic insight with empathy to create inclusive, high-performing cultures. A SHRM-certified professional and active community leader, Yde is deeply committed to helping organizations—and the people within them—lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

When she’s not building people strategies, Yde enjoys walking in nature, working out, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
